Why the app says “not available in your region”
- Your country of residence is on the list above. The exchange checks the country you give at sign-up and the documents you upload.
- Your App Store or Play Store account is set to a country where the app is not listed. The store region follows your account, not your location.
- You are connecting through a network address in a restricted country. Using a VPN to get around this usually breaks the exchange's terms and can lead to a frozen account.
